Cooshee 4U — Our CSR commitment

You decide what it's worth.

Cooshee 4U is the social side of our group. We offer up to 100% discount on every Cooshee service to small businesses with fewer than 20 employees and to early-stage startups. You set the fee. You set the payment terms.

How Cooshee 4U works

We do the work the same way we always do it. Calm, capable, and approachable.

Once it's done, you tell us what the value was — and you decide what (if anything) you can afford to pay, and what the payment terms look like.

That isn't a marketing line. It's how we run this part of the business.

Who Cooshee 4U is for

Cooshee 4U is built for:

  • Small businesses with fewer than 20 employees
  • Startups in their early stages
  • Founders, teams, and operators who'd benefit from real consultancy, mentoring, or HR support but couldn't justify the standard fees

Why we built Cooshee 4U

The social side has always been at the heart of Cooshee. Our founder spent over forty years volunteering and supporting causes for young people, minorities, and equality long before there was a brand.

Cooshee itself has been a dream in the drawer for years. It pulls together a deep professional career with a genuine passion for helping others, supported by a wide network of professionals from many different fields — people who bring academic background and street-wise practical experience to the table, and who solve real problems with flexible, adaptable solutions.

Along the way, the founder was fortunate to work alongside genuinely brilliant people, and luckier still to be mentored by people who quietly insisted on one principle: the biggest happiness in life comes from giving to others. In business, that translates simply — delight the customer, delight the team, and the rest tends to follow.

That belief shaped the name Cooshee and the motto behind it: Comfortable, Capable, and Approachable. Cooshee 4U is just how we make that motto real for the people who need it most.

A note on the founder

Across a long career, the founder's pattern has been a familiar one: come into a team, start or take over a department, structure it, build a solid foundation, adapt and grow it as the business needs change, and then — crucially — hand it over to someone they've coached and mentored to take responsibility.

That succession mindset isn't an accident. It's the same belief that built Cooshee 4U: that the most valuable thing you can build is something someone else can carry on.
